Doyle, a native Texan, grew up in Goliad, a small south Texas town. Upon finishing High School he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1983. He obtained his Real Estate Brokerage license the same year. He pursued his career in Technical Sales until 1992 until he decided to relocate to the Texas Hill Country when he joined the family owned business of Walker & Associates Real Estate. In subsequent years he bought the company and continues to carry on the family tradition of providing professional personalized service to all his clients.
Doyle has two children, Courtney, who is an Associate Broker with Walker & Associates and a son Logan. Courtney is married to Dustin Wing and has two children, Graham & Avery. Both children decided to return to Marble Falls after finishing college further proving that Marble Falls is a great place to call home.
Through the years Doyle and his company have received many awards and recognitions including the best Real Estate Company numerous times, best Burnet County male agent, and a multiyear Five Star Recognition in Texas Monthly. I have been a resident of Marble Falls since 1995 when my husband Gary and I decided to flee the big city life. We moved from Houston in order to raise our two young daughters in a small town atmosphere. Now an “empty-nester”, I have a lot of enthusiasm and energy to devote to my clients. As a member of the team, I bring a wide range of sales and customer service skills and experience to Walker & Associates. I take a genuine interest in every person I interact with. I understand that learning what a client’s needs and desires are, is the first step to helping that client meet those needs. I always say, “God gave us two ears and one mouth so we can listen twice as much as we talk.” That philosophy guides me as I take the time to hear what my clients are saying.
Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years working in property management where I discovered the joy of helping others find their perfect home. That realization led me to acquire my real estate license which expanded my ability to help those searching for their perfect home. In addition, I have extensive experience as a listing agent, which has included working with sellers of properties in estates, or those that have been inherited. I am skilled in guiding families through this often challenging process, and making it as painless as possible.
Knowing the stressful nature of buying or selling property drives my commitment to reduce that stress for every client. My greatest satisfaction is in guiding the client through the real estate transaction process in a positive, informative and organized manner, and seeing that smile at closing!
In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, writing, cooking and wine-tasting. On the weekend I am often found on Lake Marble Falls, enjoying the lake life with friends and family, aboard the family pontoon boat.

Gary moved to Marble Falls from his home town of Houston in 1995 to raise his children in a small-town setting. After becoming a Realtor in 2003 he began assisting clients in locating and obtaining their dream home or property. Helping others find success in attaining their goal is an ongoing source of satisfaction for Gary. As a licensed Realtor, he covers all aspects of real estate in the Highland Lakes area, but specializes in waterfront properties. Whether buying or selling, Gary will take the time to understand your real estate desires and needs. Once he has a clear understanding of what you want he will make sure you have all the information you need to make a wise decision. Gary believes in giving back to the community. In that capacity, he served several years on the board of the Marble Falls Library, during which time the current library was built. Has also enjoys being a volunteer for numerous local events - the local drag boat races, Marble Falls Rodeo, Christmas by the Lake and Marble Falls Triathlon, to name a few.
Gary has been named Marble Falls Best Male Realtor in Burnet County in the annual Highlander Readers’ Choice award and was designated as a Five Star Professional in Real Estate and was featured in Texas Monthly magazine. Both honors have been earned repeatedly during his real estate career.
In his spare time, he likes to hunt, fish, read, exercise and spend time with his family (especially his four grandchildren).

I was raised in Marble Falls from the age of 8 when my parents decided to get away from the city life and move us to a small town. After graduating from Marble Falls High School in 2005, I made my way to Texas A&M University. Upon graduation there in 2009, my husband and I settled in Tomball, Texas where we lived for the next 8 years. We were always searching for a way to get back to the Hill Country that we adored and finally that moment came in the Summer of 2017. My husband Trey and I are raising two kids, plus our two fur babies in the community of Meadowlakes. We are busy with all the after-school activities and love to travel when we get the spare time.
I have grown up watching my dad work in real estate for 20+ years and my mom as well for 5+ years so I knew it was a career move that I would enjoy when the time was right. With both parents as mentors and co-workers, they have helped instill years of wisdom about the real estate field. Professionally, I have experience in customer service, sales, and marketing which I love putting to use in real estate also. I love showing off this beautiful area I call home and am eager to help you make it your home as well.

I’m Courtney Wing, Broker Associate at Walker & Associates Real Estate. I grew up in Marble Falls and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009. After meeting my husband, we moved back to Marble Falls where we are now raising our two children. In 2013, I obtained my Realtor’s license, and in 2019, I obtained my Broker’s license. I graduated from Texas Realtors Leadership Program in 2021, and am currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for our local Highland Lakes Association of Realtors.
My grandmother started this business nearly 40 years ago, and my Dad has been the broker since 1997. I am a third generation Broker in the Highland Lakes, and it is most important to me that I continue to uphold the legacy that my dad and grandmother started before me. That is--to lead with integrity, to be dependable, to be trustworthy, and to serve our community members.

My husband and I moved to the Highland Lakes area in 2000 to raise our children and live the country life. I have lived in Central Texas since 1980 and have watched it grow. It is amazing how people are still discovering our gem here in Marble Falls and the Highland Lakes!
After 30 years in the accounting business it was time for a change and I wanted to help people discover our area and find their perfect home. My children grew up here, left for college and have both come back to the Hill Country, kids coming home says a lot about our area and our way of life! I am thrilled to share that with newcomers and old timers alike. It is a special place and I am excited to show it off.

Raised in a "military family" all over the country I was ready to make sure my children were settled in one place to make life long friends and feel a sense of community. I moved back to Texas in 1995 after the birth of my daughter to accomplish that dream. I had spent 8 years in Hawaii with my husband and if you have to leave a beautiful place like that then The Highland Lakes is the next best thing. This little gem we live in has so much to offer and I am excited to share it with you.
I have been married since 1990, my husband and I have a daughter, son and we welcomed our first grandchild in 2016. After being the CEO of our family for 15 years I decided to rejoin the outside workforce. In 2015 with the upcoming birth of my grandson I decided to leave the 9 to 5 life as a HR Director and join this wonderful world of Real Estate. I was able to take my experience from working with people in Human Resources and apply a lot of those same skills to helping clients find their dream homes based on their needs and wants. Not much makes me happier than seeing the joy of my clients on closing day when they are handed those keys.
